At Pelvi, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information the Pelvi mobile application ("the app") and this website handle, and why.
The following is stored only on your device and is never uploaded to us or anyone else:
Reminder notifications are scheduled on your device. Deleting the app removes all of this data.
The app sends anonymous usage events to PostHog, an analytics service, using servers in the European Union. These events tell us things like:
Events are linked to a random identifier created when the app is installed, not to you. We do not send your goals, your exercise history, or anything that identifies you, and we do not use your device's advertising identifier. We use this information only to improve the app, on the basis of our legitimate interest in understanding how it is used.
Subscriptions are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play Store; we never see your payment details. We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, your subscription and purchase status, and basic device information so it can confirm and restore your subscription.
This website uses PostHog to count visits and see which pages and download buttons are used. This helps us understand how people find Pelvi.
If you accept cookies in the banner, the website also uses Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies. These let us measure visits and tell whether our Google ads led someone to the App Store or Google Play. Google may process this information under its own privacy policy. We don't use these cookies for personalised advertising. If you reject cookies, or ignore the banner, these cookies are not set. You can change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link at the bottom of the home page. The app itself does not use Google Analytics or Google Ads.
Because analytics data is anonymous, we cannot link it to you. If you have any questions or would like to object to this processing, contact us using the details below.
Since your data is stored locally on your device, it is protected by your device's built-in security features (passcode, biometrics, encryption). We recommend keeping your device software up to date for optimal security.
Pelvi is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
