Pelvi is a mobile application designed to guide users through pelvic floor exercises. The App provides:

  • Reminder notifications

3. Medical Disclaimer

Pelvi is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The exercises and information provided in the App are for general wellness purposes only.

  • The App is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
  • Always consult with a qualified healthcare provider before starting any exercise program.
  • If you experience pain or discomfort during exercises, stop immediately and consult a healthcare professional.
  • Pregnant or postpartum users should consult their healthcare provider before using this App.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Use the App only for its intended purpose
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, modify, or hack the App
  • Not use the App for any unlawful purpose
  • Take responsibility for your own health and safety while using the App

5. Subscriptions and Purchases

Pelvi may offer in-app purchases or subscriptions for premium features:

  • Payment will be charged to your App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
  • You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings.
  • Refunds are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All content in the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software, is the property of Pelvi and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pelvi and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, personal injury, or health issues arising from the use of the App.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or on our website. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
